The Governor of the Central Bank of Sudan invites qualified entities with the required specialization and technical and financial capabilities in the field of providing consultancy services for construction projects (design and supervision) to submit their proposals for the above-mentioned project, including the following:

(a) An integrated concept for the design idea.
(b) A technical proposal demonstrating the applicant’s technical and technological capabilities and experience.
(c) A financial proposal indicating the fees required for the design and supervision of the project.

This shall be in accordance with the details and requirements set forth in the tender documents. Competitors must submit their proposals in both hard and soft copies.
