A banking institution seeks to hire a specialist in the field of Human Resources according to the following requirements and qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking, or Economics.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing and developing human resources, including 3 years as a Human Resources Manager.
  • Professional certifications in human resources are preferred.
  • Ability to develop HR strategies and employee development plans that serve the strategic goals of the institution.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws, HR regulations, and policies.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in using computers and office software packages (MS Word – Excel).
  • Efficient use of HR systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Human Resources strategy in alignment with the institution’s strategic plan.
  • Establish and implement HR policies efficiently, in line with the institution’s strategic plan.
  • Oversee the periodic review of organizational structures in coordination with department managers to ensure alignment with the institution’s strategic and operational needs.
  • Develop the HR General Administration plan to ensure all institutional requirements are identified and addressed through appropriate recruitment plans.
  • Supervise the updating of job descriptions and organizational structures in line with the institution’s strategic vision and direction.
  • Develop training and development programs that support the institution’s objectives.
